Drex is a product of ReelHeroes Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Drex mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
Drex does not require you to create an account. The app processes text you enter (troll comments or thread context) to generate counter-response suggestions. This text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is not stored by ReelHeroes Inc.
If you choose to submit optional follow-up feedback through the app, your response and email address (if provided) are collected via Formspree and sent to ReelHeroes Inc. for product improvement purposes only.

ReelHeroes Inc. does not store your text inputs or generated responses. Optional feedback submissions are retained only as long as necessary for product improvement purposes.
If you would like to request deletion of any personal data you have submitted through Drex (including your email address), please send a request to drex@reelheroes.io. We will process your request within 30 days.
Drex is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
